This policy describes what data is processed when using the site flute.skillaria.top and the app installed from it (hereinafter — the “Site”). The policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. Who is responsible for the Site

The operator is [not specified] (INN [not specified], OGRNIP [not specified], address: [not specified]). The Site is a project of the online school Skillaria. Contact the operator: info@skillaria.top.

2. In short

• There is no registration, and we don't ask for a name, phone, email or other information about you or your child.
• Sound from the microphone is not recorded and not sent anywhere. The pitch of the note is detected right in the browser on your device.
• Cookies, visitor counters, advertising and third-party services (including fonts and analytics) are not used.
• Progress and settings are stored only in your browser's memory, and only you can delete them.

3. Microphone

The trainer, exercises and game ask for microphone access to hear the recorder. The sound is processed by a program on the page in real time: pitch, loudness and tone cleanness are calculated from it. The sound itself is not saved and not passed to the server or to third parties. Access is given only with your permission and can be revoked in the browser settings. When the page goes to the background or you press “Turn off”, the microphone is switched off.

On the “Adjust to your recorder” page you can record a few notes. The recordings stay in the browser's memory while the page is open. You can download them as a file only with a button that you press yourself.

4. What is stored on your device

So you don't have to start over every time, the Site saves technical information in the browser's storage (localStorage): stars for lessons and game levels, your place in the trainer and records, the fingering system, strictness, microphone settings and corrections, “My melodies”, and a mark that you have read the notice at the bottom of the screen. This information does not identify a person, is not sent to the server and is not cookies. You can delete it by clearing the site data in the browser settings.

To work offline, the browser keeps copies of pages, pictures and narration (the app cache).

5. Server logs

Like any website, the hosting server automatically records technical information with every request: IP address, date and time, page address, browser details. It is needed for operating and protecting the Site from attacks, is not used to identify a person, is not passed to third parties other than the hosting provider, and is kept no longer than the period set by the hosting (usually up to 30 days). The server is located in Russia.

6. Children

The site is made for children and for practicing together with parents. Since we do not collect information about users, a child can practice without telling anything about themselves. We advise parents to allow microphone access and install the app themselves.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data about you is processed, demand that it be corrected, deleted or its processing stopped, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@skillaria.top. We will reply within 10 working days. You also have the right to contact Roskomnadzor.

8. Changes

If the Site starts processing other data, we will update this policy in advance and change the edition date at the top of the page.
